AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) and Amazon Connect SME with a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable cloud contact centre solutions. Experienced in transforming customer service operations through automation, integration, and data-driven optimisation. Combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership experience to deliver efficient, high-performing CX environments that drive measurable business value.

This site started as a personal AWS playground — a place to experiment, learn, and hopefully inspire others who are starting their own cloud journey.
